Milan, Italy, September 2025 — Fieldfisher has appointed Roberta Bartalucci as Head of Talent Selection Italy. In her new role, she will lead recruitment strategies across the Italian offices, strengthening Fieldfisher’s position as an employer of choice while driving initiatives that align talent acquisition with the firm’s growth objectives.
Roberta has been with Fieldfisher since 2024, serving as HR Specialist & External Relations. During this time, she managed recruitment for the Italian office, contributed as a member of the Diversity & Inclusion team, and organized internal and external events alongside business development initiatives.
Before joining Fieldfisher, she spent more than five years at Spencer Stuart, where she was Executive Assistant, supporting leadership operations in the Greater Milan Metropolitan Area.
Earlier, she was Office Manager at F.E.D. S.p.A., contributing to financial brokerage operations with a focus on unperforming assets and industrial development projects in the context of insolvency procedures. She also held roles as Executive Assistant at Crowe Horwath IT Services LLP, supporting partners in corporate, tax, and litigation practices, and as Office Manager at Signium Italy, providing leadership support in executive search.
Her career began with impactful roles at leading firms such as Hogan Lovells, where she assisted partners in the Banking & Finance department, and KPMG Italy, where she worked as an Executive Assistant to senior partners in corporate law and M&A.
