Bengaluru, Karnataka, India,March 2026 — Intellion Offices by Tata Realty has appointed Suhas Avate as Assistant Vice President and Head of Marketing – Intellion Office Parks | Tata Realty. In this role, he will lead the marketing strategy and brand positioning for Intellion’s commercial office parks portfolio, driving engagement with businesses and strengthening the brand’s presence in India’s evolving commercial real estate ecosystem.
Avate joins Intellion Offices by Tata Realty with extensive experience in marketing, branding, and corporate communications within the real estate sector. Most recently, he served as Senior General Manager at Brookfield Properties, where he led strategic marketing initiatives for premium commercial real estate assets. Prior to that, he held the role of General Manager – Marketing & Branding, overseeing brand development, integrated marketing campaigns, and stakeholder engagement initiatives that enhanced the company’s visibility and market positioning.
Earlier, Avate worked with Brigade Group as Assistant General Manager and Head – Marketing (Commercial), where he led marketing strategies for commercial developments, strengthening brand equity and driving business growth for the company’s office and mixed-use properties.
Before that, he spent over eight years with Ascendas-Singbridge, where he held multiple roles across corporate communications and marketing. As Corporate Communications (Pan India) and Community Vibrancy Manager, he led communication strategies and initiatives designed to enhance community engagement across the company’s business parks. Earlier roles included Senior Executive – Corporate Communications and Marketing Communications Executive, where he contributed to brand communications, marketing programs, and strategic messaging for the organization’s commercial assets.
He began his career with One Stop Solutions as Marketing and Communications Executive, where he gained early experience in marketing strategy, business development, and client servicing.
With nearly two decades of experience across commercial real estate marketing, branding, and corporate communications, Suhas Avate brings strong expertise in creating impactful brand narratives and strategic engagement for commercial developments.
