Pune, Maharashtra, India, September 2025 – MIT World Peace University (MIT-WPU) has appointed Dr. Vipin Subhash Joshi as Associate Director Human Resources. In this capacity, Dr. Joshi will lead strategic human resource planning, talent acquisition, and learning & development initiatives to strengthen MIT-WPU’s position as one of India’s premier higher education institutions.

Dr. Joshi most recently served at Dr. D. Y. Patil Dnyan Prasad University (DYPDPU), where he held leadership positions as Deputy Registrar and later as Registrar (I/C). During his tenure, he was deeply involved in academic administration and institutional development.

Prior to this, he worked at Symbiosis International University for nearly six years as Assistant Registrar (Academics), where he played a crucial role in designing and operationalizing academic policies, especially in alignment with NEP 2020 and global curriculum frameworks.

Earlier, he gained international academic exposure as an Assistant Professor at King Khalid University, Saudi Arabia, where he taught, guided research, and contributed to curriculum advancement. He also served in faculty roles at AISSMS College of Pharmacy, Pune, and College of Pharmacy, Faizpur, where he supervised research and guided projects.

Dr. Joshi began his career in the corporate sector as a Production Officer at Cipla Ltd., Kurkumbh, before transitioning into academia where he built a robust career combining research, teaching, and higher education leadership.

Dr. Joshi holds a Ph.D. in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Sri Balaji University, Pune. His academic background, along with decades of experience in academia and administration, uniquely equips him to drive HR excellence in the education sector.
