Zurich, Switzerland, September 2025 — Claudia Vinsent has taken on the role of Managing Director, People Assessment and Development Solutions at papilio Talent Solutions, strengthening the firm’s leadership in global talent assessment and development. In this position, Claudia will be responsible for driving strategy, innovation, and delivery of advanced assessment and development solutions to support clients worldwide in building high-performing teams.
Claudia has been associated with papilio Talent Solutions for over three years, most recently serving as Senior International Consultant and Lead Assessment & Development, where she managed large-scale international projects and led assessment and development centers. Prior to this, she was Senior International Consultant and Lead Business Development & Innovation, where she focused on integrating psychological expertise with business strategy to enhance papilio’s client offerings across assessment, coaching, training, and talent advisory.
Before joining papilio, Claudia spent over nine years at Talogy (previously PSI Talent Management and Cubiks), where she advanced to the role of Principal Consultant. During her tenure, she designed and delivered bespoke psychometric and assessment solutions, managed global leadership development projects, and advised Fortune Global 500 companies on talent strategy. Earlier in her career, she gained valuable academic and research experience as a Graduate Research Assistant at Monash University, focusing on public health and disease prevention.
Claudia holds a Master of Science in Management Psychology from the University of Nottingham, where she graduated with distinction, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington, where she graduated summa cum laude. Her academic foundation, combined with over a decade of international consulting experience, uniquely positions her to lead papilio’s people assessment and development practice into its next phase of global growth.
