Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain, September 2025 — Nada H. Al-Tamimi has been appointed as Vice President Human Resources, Middle East & North Africa at DHL Express, a significant step in her decade-long journey with the global logistics leader. Based in Bahrain, she will oversee human resources strategy and execution across the MENA region, supporting DHL Express’s people-first culture and growth agenda.
Nada has been part of DHL Express for more than 10 years, steadily advancing through senior leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Vice President Human Resources in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, where she spearheaded strategic HR initiatives and talent development programs. Prior to that, she was Senior Director Human Resources, leading transformation projects, workforce engagement, and organizational growth across the region. Her journey at DHL began in 2015, and since then she has played a key role in embedding a culture of excellence and collaboration within the organization.
Before joining DHL Express, Nada gained experience as an HR Assistant at Dar Al Riyadh Group, where she supported HR operations and talent processes. This early experience helped build a strong foundation that she has since leveraged to deliver impactful HR strategies in a multinational environment.
Armed with deep regional expertise and a people-centric approach, Nada is expected to drive DHL Express’s HR strategy for the MENA region, focusing on talent development, employee engagement, and future-ready HR practices that align with the company’s global vision of excellence in logistics.
