Washington, D.C., United States, September 2025 – Veracity by RGP has announced the appointment of Roshni Ghosh as its new Federal Chief Growth Officer – Managing Director. In this strategic role, she will drive growth across federal health and government sectors, leveraging her two decades of leadership at the intersection of healthcare innovation, federal strategy, and digital transformation.
Ghosh most recently served as Senior Vice President – Federal Health at ReefPoint Group, where she spearheaded growth initiatives and strategic partnerships in the public health sector, strengthening the firm’s presence in federal markets.
Earlier, she spent nearly four years at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, where she was Executive Director of the VHA Center for Care and Payment Innovation (CCPI) and later a Senior Advisor. In these roles, she led outcome-driven and customer-centric innovations, building frameworks to modernize care delivery for veterans nationwide.
Ghosh also founded Gipht, a healthcare-focused startup, where she served as CEO and led innovation-driven initiatives in digital health. Alongside her entrepreneurial work, she was an Adjunct Professor at The George Washington University School of Business for over seven years, shaping the next generation of leaders in healthcare management.
Previously, she held senior leadership roles in both the private and consulting sectors, including serving as VP and Chief Medical Information Officer at Premier Inc., CMIO/Senior Manager at Deloitte, and senior consultant positions with USAID, M2 Communications, and Analytica International. Her work included spearheading clinical informatics for the U.S. Department of Defense and Department of Veterans Affairs, leading large-scale electronic health record adoption, and driving measurable improvements in healthcare efficiency and patient outcomes.
