Dubai, United Arab Emirates, September 2025 — Hamad Al Awadhi has been appointed as Group Chief Human Resources Officer at Binghatti, marking a significant elevation in his career with the leading UAE property brand. In this capacity, he will spearhead the Group’s HR vision, driving organizational transformation, leadership development, and people strategies that align with Binghatti’s rapid growth and expansion in the luxury real estate sector.
Hamad has been with Binghatti for over two years, most recently serving as Executive Vice President – Group Human Resources & Administration, where he was instrumental in streamlining HR policies and strengthening organizational capability. Before that, he was Group Senior Human Resources Director, overseeing HR transformation and employee engagement initiatives across the company.
Prior to his tenure at Binghatti, Hamad worked at the UAE General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) for more than 11 years, where he held several senior roles. As Senior Manager – Talent Enablement & Development, he drove critical HR transformation strategies. Earlier, as Senior Manager – HC Strategy & Development, he played a vital role in aligning human capital strategies with business goals. His earlier responsibilities included leadership in Compensation & Benefits and Recruitment & Manpower Planning, where he led large-scale recruitment and workforce planning initiatives.
Hamad’s career foundation was built through progressive roles in Recruitment and Manpower Planning at the GCAA, where he gained valuable expertise in building workforce pipelines and designing HR systems to support the country’s aviation sector.
He holds a Master’s in Business in Aviation Management from Coventry University, equipping him with strong academic expertise that complements his extensive HR leadership experience.
