Tamra Reasbeck Appointed as Head of Talent Acquisition at Epic Games

Los Angeles, California, United States, September 2025 – Tamra Reasbeck has been appointed as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Epic Games. In this new role, she will oversee the company’s global hiring strategy, strengthening Epic’s ability to attract top talent across gaming, technology, and creative industries. Her focus will be on aligning recruitment with business priorities, supporting expansion in areas like Fortnite, LEGO Fortnite, 1P Games, AI/ML, and the Fortnite Ecosystem, and advancing Epic’s position as an employer of choice.

Reasbeck has been with Epic Games for over six years, most recently serving as Talent Acquisition Manager, where she played a critical role in leading recruitment for major franchises and technology-focused teams. Her contributions were key in driving talent pipelines across gaming and innovation areas.

Before joining Epic Games, she worked at Activision Blizzard as a Senior Recruiter, where she was responsible for sourcing and hiring talent in competitive entertainment and gaming sectors. This experience allowed her to build deep expertise in attracting high-performing professionals for large-scale gaming projects.

Earlier in her career, Reasbeck spent time as a Senior Recruiter with Allegis Partners, Spotlight Search, and JURISolutions on contract engagements, where she focused on strategic sourcing, competitive market research, and managing multiple high-priority requisitions. She also served as Sourcing Manager and Lead Recruiting Sourcer at T3 Intelligence, where she built sourcing operations and led teams specializing in advanced search strategies for niche technical roles.

She began her professional journey in operations as General Manager at The Counter®, before transitioning into recruitment at Walker Talent Group, where she supported clients such as Palm, Inc. and Facebook in filling critical supply chain, operations, and engineering positions.
