A seasoned business leader with extensive experience across artificial intelligence, intelligent automation, enterprise consulting, growth strategy, digital transformation, and large-scale business expansion, Nischay brings nearly two decades of leadership experience spanning consulting, technology services, enterprise automation, and AI-driven transformation.

In his new role, Nischay will partner closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to accelerate Xebia’s global growth agenda. His responsibilities include driving strategic planning, expanding key client relationships, leading large AI-enabled transformation programs, strengthening go-to-market initiatives, enhancing organizational effectiveness, and embedding AI into the company’s internal operations and customer offerings.

Prior to joining Xebia, Nischay served as Vice President – Agentic Process Automation at Persistent Systems, where he led strategic growth initiatives focused on helping enterprises evolve from intelligent automation to agentic process automation. He was responsible for driving enterprise growth strategies, strengthening ecosystem partnerships, expanding key client relationships, and developing differentiated AI and automation-led solutions for global customers.

Before Persistent Systems, Nischay spent more than a decade with Zinnov, where he rose to become Partner & Global Head – Automation / AI. During his tenure, he built the firm’s Intelligent Automation practice from the ground up and established it as a globally recognized advisory business. He developed deep expertise across robotic process automation (RPA), low-code/no-code platforms, intelligent document processing, process mining, task mining, and generative AI while advising technology providers and enterprises on growth strategy, market expansion, sales transformation, ecosystem partnerships, and mergers and acquisitions.

Earlier, Nischay worked with Deloitte, serving in the CEO Office – Digital Transformation, where he supported strategic decision-making related to digital transformation investments, market intelligence, competitive analysis, technology trends, and business growth initiatives. His work helped shape organizational strategies around emerging technologies and digital innovation.

He began his professional career with Accenture as a Software Engineer, where he gained foundational experience in enterprise technology, software development, and SAP solutions. During this period, he earned certification as an SAP-ABAP Application Developer through a program jointly delivered by Accenture and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Nischay holds an MBA in Finance from FORE School of Management and has further strengthened his leadership credentials through the Organizational Leadership Certificate Program from Harvard Business School Online. Throughout his career, he has built a strong reputation for combining strategic thinking with execution excellence, helping organizations leverage emerging technologies to accelerate growth, transformation, and innovation.

At Xebia, Nischay is expected to play a pivotal role in advancing the company’s AI-first vision, strengthening its market position, driving enterprise-scale growth, and helping organizations realize the full potential of AI-powered transformation.
