El Obour, Al Qalyubiyah, Egypt, October 2025 — Nader Adly has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at T&C Garments, bringing with him more than 30 years of extensive HR leadership experience, including over 15 years in the textile industry. In his new role, he will oversee HR, administration, health and safety, and sustainability initiatives, focusing on implementing systems, policies, and procedures that drive operational excellence and a well-governed workplace.
Before joining T&C Garments, Nader served as Group Human Resources and Administration Director at Giza Spinning and Weaving Co. SAE, where he was responsible for organizational HR transformation and governance. He also held the role of Country Head of Human Resources and Administration at Yeşim Group | Jade Textile Egypt, leading strategic HR functions and contributing to talent and organizational development across the textile sector.
Previously, Nader was Head of Human Resources at Alpine Creations Group | AlexApparels, where he managed HR strategies aligned with business objectives, and Head of Human Resources and Administration at TCI Sanmar Chemicals S.A.E, where he played a pivotal role in building robust HR systems and compliance frameworks.
Earlier in his career, he held senior HR leadership positions at Delta Textile Egypt, Saif Group – Mediterranean Textile Company, and Lord International S.A.E, where he contributed to HR strategy, compensation design, employee relations, and organizational development. His foundational career began with roles at Püttmann GmbH, where he developed expertise in HR operations and payroll management, before progressing into compensation and benefits leadership.
With this wealth of experience, Nader is well-positioned to strengthen T&C Garments’ HR strategies, build high-performing teams, and reinforce the company’s commitment to innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence in the textile industry.
