Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, October 2025 — Reema Jain has been appointed as Global Vice President Digital Technology & Head Global Capability Center (India Hub) at Unilever. With a strong track record across leading organizations, she brings extensive expertise in driving digital transformation and building large-scale technology capabilities. At Unilever, she will focus on strengthening the company’s digital ecosystem through the India Hub, accelerating innovation and global integration.

Before this appointment, Reema served as Chief Information & Digital Officer at Hero MotoCorp, where she redefined the digital roadmap across R&D, supply chain, marketing, and customer engagement. She successfully built diverse digital competencies spanning data science, engineering, cybersecurity, and cloud, and launched new customer-centric digital platforms.

Earlier, she was Chief Digital Officer at Vodafone Idea Limited, where she spearheaded the organization’s transition from a traditional Telco to a TechCo with a robust digital-first vision. She led initiatives to create new digital value streams through tools, platforms, and processes.

Reema also spent over five years in IT leadership roles at Unilever, including IT Director for Digital Supply Chain, Digital Integration, and ERP Application Management. Her contributions ranged from leading global supply chain digitalization to advancing the company’s cloud strategies and ERP optimization.

She built her foundation during a 13-year career at GE, where she held roles such as Oracle Technology Leader, Oracle Operations Leader, Senior Team Leader, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and Systems Analyst, managing enterprise-wide technology and transformation initiatives. She began her professional journey as a Software Engineer at Mphasis, working on software development for healthcare clients.
