Bekasi, West Java, Indonesia, October 2025 — Soraya Faradilla has been appointed as the new Head of Human Capital at PT Jeje Harapan Transindo. In this role, she will lead the company’s people strategy, focusing on strengthening HR transformation, employee engagement, and talent development to support the organization’s business growth and operational excellence.
Before joining PT Jeje Harapan Transindo, Soraya served as Country HR Business Partner at Aramex in Jakarta, where she designed and implemented regional people strategies that supported business transformation across Asia Pacific. She successfully improved employee engagement scores, strengthened employer branding, optimized recruitment processes, and maintained retention rates below industry benchmarks.
Earlier, Soraya was Human Resources Manager at Tissor Indonesia, where she advised the Board of Directors on people management strategies, led restructuring and M&A initiatives, optimized talent acquisition, and developed a robust performance management system. She also served as Human Resources Manager at Arkadia Works, where she played a pivotal role in HR digital transformation, introducing HRIS systems and CSR programs aligned with SDGs in Indonesia.
Previously, Soraya was Organization & Training Development Lead at Wowrack, where she focused on organizational efficiency, employee engagement, and employer branding. Her initiatives included implementing training programs, managing corporate communications, and strengthening talent pipelines. She also contributed significantly as Organization & Talent Development Supervisor at Borwita Citra Prima, where she helped improve HR systems, performance management, and employee engagement.
Her career journey also includes roles at PT Wismilak Inti Makmur Tbk, PT Century Bearindo International (subsidiary of International Bearings, Co. Ltd), Parastar Echorindo, Istara FM, PT Intiland Development Tbk, and PT Wahana Lentera Raya, where she built extensive experience in HR management, talent development, organizational restructuring, and people operations.
