Before joining AGCSOFT, Olga spent nearly 15 years at C.T.Co, a prominent IT services company, where she played a pivotal role in shaping HR policies and scaling the organization. As HR Manager for over a decade, she led people operations, talent acquisition, and cultural initiatives, ensuring employee engagement and sustainable growth across multiple business units. Earlier, as Recruitment Manager and Recruitment Specialist, she established strong hiring frameworks that supported the company’s rapid expansion and helped attract top technical talent in Latvia’s competitive IT landscape.
In addition to her corporate leadership, Olga has been a Certified Mediator since 2017, helping resolve workplace conflicts and promote constructive communication. She also served as a Member of the Council of Certified Mediators in Latvia, contributing to professional standards and policy frameworks that advance mediation as a discipline.
Her earlier career includes HR consulting and recruitment leadership roles at NIRA Fonds, RMS-Recruitment, and Niteks, where she honed her expertise in people management, organizational assessment, and leadership advisory. Olga’s career reflects a rare blend of analytical, people-centered, and mediation skills that position her as a transformative HR leader for AGCSOFT.
