Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, October 2025 — Vikrant Birajdar has joined Bajaj Broking as Head of Human Resources, bringing with him over 18 years of extensive HR leadership experience across India’s leading financial services organizations. In his new role, Vikrant will lead the HR and administration strategy for Capital Markets and Wealth Management businesses, including Digital Broking, LAS, ESOP Funding, Equipment Finance, and Commercial Lending, strengthening Bajaj Broking’s people agenda as the firm scales its operations.
Before joining Bajaj Broking, Vikrant served as Head of Human Resources – NBFC at IIFL Finance, where he spearheaded strategic HR interventions to support business expansion in Gold Loans, Digital Finance, and MSME lending. He played a key role in workforce planning, leadership development, digital upskilling, culture transformation, and HR tech automation, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
Previously, he was Chief People Officer at 5paisa Capital Limited, overseeing the full spectrum of HR activities with a focus on HRIS integration, EVP development, and talent branding. He successfully drove HR transformation initiatives that fostered a culture of innovation and agility in the fintech space.
Vikrant also spent more than four years at Kotak Securities, where he led HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, and Organizational Development. Earlier in his career, he held senior HR leadership roles at Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd., Edelweiss Financial Services, and Tata Housing JV, contributing significantly to building scalable HR frameworks and aligning people strategy with organizational growth.
He began his career with Lehman Brothers as an HR Business Partner, gaining valuable experience in people strategy at a global financial powerhouse. With his wide-ranging expertise in organizational design, HR strategy, and talent management, Vikrant is well positioned to shape Bajaj Broking’s HR roadmap and support its ambitious growth vision.
