Tanvi Choksi Joins Savills Asia Pacific as Chief People Officer

Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, October 2025 — Tanvi Choksi has joined Savills Asia Pacific as Chief People Officer, where she will lead the people strategy across the region, driving growth, strengthening employee experience, and continuing to attract, develop, and retain top talent in the industry.

Tanvi most recently served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited, where she led the people agenda for India’s largest vacation ownership company. She partnered closely with the CEO and leadership team to scale HR structures, strengthen organizational culture, and launch leadership and talent programs that enhanced succession pipelines and employee engagement.

Prior to that, she spent over seven years at JLL, holding senior HR leadership roles including Chief Human Resources Officer – APAC and CHRO – India & JLL Business Services Global. At JLL, she was a member of the Asia Pacific Executive Board and the Global HR Leadership Team, responsible for leading HR strategy across 18 countries and overseeing a workforce of over 43,000 employees. She successfully aligned HR with business strategy, built a compelling employee experience, and drove transformation across the APAC region.

Tanvi also spent more than a decade at Johnson & Johnson, where she held diverse HR leadership positions across the Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, and Diabetes Care businesses in India and the wider APAC region. She was instrumental in driving organizational change, building leadership capability, and leading cross-border HR projects in highly matrixed global environments.

Earlier in her career, she worked with Monsanto Company as Human Resources Manager and began her professional journey with Tata Motors as a Management Trainee, where she managed large-scale recruitment drives and competency development projects.

With her extensive experience in HR leadership across multiple industries, Tanvi is expected to play a pivotal role in strengthening Savills’ people agenda in Asia Pacific.
