Anil Raghav Appointed as Managing Director of Zoetis India Capability Center

Hyderabad, Telangana, India, October 2025 — Anil Raghav has been appointed as the Managing Director of the Zoetis India Capability Center, a key global hub of Zoetis, the world’s leading animal health company. In this strategic leadership role, Anil is responsible for shaping the long-term vision of the center, driving innovation, and strengthening Zoetis’ mission of advancing animal health and well-being across the globe.

As Managing Director, Anil leads diverse teams across technology, digital, and shared services — fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and excellence. Under his leadership, the Zoetis India Capability Center continues to evolve as a critical pillar of the company’s global innovation ecosystem, supporting its vision to nurture the world and humankind by ensuring the health of animals.

Before his elevation, Anil served as Vice President and Head of the Zoetis India Capability Center, where he played a pivotal role in establishing the organization’s strong foundation in India. He was instrumental in building high-performing teams, driving digital transformation, and aligning the center’s capabilities with Zoetis’ global strategic objectives.

With more than two decades of leadership experience, Anil has held senior roles at renowned organizations including Eli Lilly and Company, Lowe’s India, Philips, and Fidelity Investments, where he led large-scale digital, infrastructure, and operational transformations. His expertise spans technology strategy, innovation at scale, and enterprise leadership — consistently contributing to organizational growth, operational agility, and cultural transformation.

Anil’s forward-thinking leadership, coupled with his deep understanding of technology and people, continues to position the Zoetis India Capability Center as a center of excellence driving impact across Zoetis’ global network and the communities it serves.
