Drsane Kaffa brings a rich and diverse background in leadership, client success, and people management, blending operational acumen with a people-centric approach.

Before joining ReadyCAR, Drsane served as Chief Executive Officer at Canadian Grants, where she led initiatives to help organizations navigate complex funding ecosystems. Under her leadership, the firm collaborated closely with clients to align financial infrastructure and strategic goals with sustainable growth opportunities, demonstrating her ability to blend business strategy with client empowerment.

Earlier, she contributed to the United Nations Association in Canada as a Regional Coordinator, where she worked on initiatives that promoted youth engagement, sustainability, and community development. Her efforts in building collaborative networks reflected her deep commitment to advocacy and impact-driven leadership.

Drsane also gained operational experience in the healthcare sector as a Coordinator at CBI Home Health, managing workflows that supported patient care and home health delivery systems. Her early research experience as a Research Study Assistant at the University of Alberta further strengthened her analytical and organizational foundations, shaping her evidence-based leadership style.

Across her career, Drsane has consistently championed innovation, inclusivity, and stakeholder success — qualities that align with ReadyCAR’s mission to revolutionize healthcare logistics through AI-driven solutions.

Partnered with leading Canadian pharmacy brands, ReadyCAR supports hospitals, specialty pharmacies, compounding facilities, senior homes, and community healthcare enterprises. By integrating artificial intelligence with healthcare operations, ReadyCAR aims to free up critical resources, improve patient outcomes, and set new standards for logistics intelligence in the healthcare sector.
