Tigin joins SO/ Ras Al Khaimah after more than four successful years with Rixos Hotels, where he most recently served as Talent & Culture Manager in Abu Dhabi. Under his leadership, the property achieved outstanding results, including 81% employee satisfaction in 2023 and an impressive 93% in 2024, alongside a 92% score in the DCT Mystery Shopper evaluation. Earlier at Rixos, he held the position of Director of Talent & Culture for the Kazakhstan Region, where he drove organizational development initiatives across multiple properties, fostering an inclusive and high-performance work environment.

Before Rixos, Tigin worked at Meeting Point Hotels as Global Office Human Resources Manager, overseeing HR operations across international locations from the Istanbul headquarters. Prior to that, he served as Cluster Human Resources Manager at Demirören Yatırım Holding, managing HR functions for Kemer Country Golf Club, İstiklal Palas Hotel, and Demirören Mall. His leadership in these roles was marked by his ability to align human resources strategy with corporate transformation and service excellence.

Earlier in his career, Tigin held senior HR roles with Dünyagöz Hastaneler Grubu, Gloria Hotels & Resorts, Rixos Downtown Antalya, and Kempinski Hotel Barbaros Bay Bodrum, where he began his hospitality HR journey as a Human Resources Specialist. His early exposure to diverse HR functions in world-renowned hospitality brands laid the foundation for his deep expertise in talent management, employee relations, and cultural engagement.

With his extensive international experience and proven record in hospitality leadership, Tigin Canci is well-positioned to enhance SO/ Ras Al Khaimah’s people-first culture, driving innovation, diversity, and service excellence across the resort’s operations.
