Ajay More elevated to Head HR – Global Business Services at Sodexo

Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, October 2025 — Ajay More has been elevated to Head HR – Global Business Services (GBS) at Sodexo, marking a key milestone in his remarkable journey with the organization. In his new role, Ajay will lead the people and culture strategy for Sodexo’s GBS operations, driving strategic HR initiatives, enhancing employee experience, and steering organizational transformation aligned with Sodexo’s global vision of service excellence and sustainability.

With a career spanning more than 18 years across facilities management, real estate, manufacturing, and telecom infrastructure, Ajay brings a deep understanding of talent development, performance management, and organizational restructuring. Since joining Sodexo in 2018, he has played a pivotal role in strengthening the company’s human capital framework, fostering a high-engagement culture, and championing leadership development initiatives that have reinforced Sodexo’s position as an employer of choice.

Before his elevation, Ajay served as AVP – Human Resources at Sodexo, where he successfully managed strategic hiring, budgeting, HR transformation, and succession planning across diverse business units. Previously, he was associated with JLL India, PE Electronics Ltd., American Tower Corporation, and ESS DEE Aluminium, where he led initiatives in employee engagement, people analytics, and performance improvement. His pragmatic leadership and people-first mindset have earned him recognition for building cohesive teams and driving impactful organizational outcomes.

In his expanded leadership role, Ajay will focus on building a future-ready workforce, accelerating digital HR transformation, and strengthening Sodexo’s talent ecosystem to support global business objectives. His appointment exemplifies Sodexo’s commitment to nurturing internal talent and empowering leaders who embody the company’s values of service, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
