With over a decade of experience across human capital management, recruitment, and organizational development, Aliaa brings a proven track record of driving talent strategies and shaping dynamic HR ecosystems within Egypt’s real estate and consulting sectors.
In her new role, Aliaa will oversee the HR function at Winners Real Estate, focusing on enhancing people strategies, optimizing recruitment processes, and fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture aligned with the company’s rapid business growth.
Prior to joining Winners Real Estate, Aliaa Abdel Fattah served as Co-Founder at Talent Hub Egy, a leading HR consultancy firm offering expertise in human capital, headhunting, training, and career development services. Over her six-year leadership journey there, she built a strong reputation for connecting organizations with top talent and creating tailored HR solutions for diverse industry clients.
Before that, she was Head of Recruitment and Selection at PRE Developments, where she spearheaded end-to-end hiring operations for high-value real estate projects, ensuring quality and cultural fit across key business functions. She also held the role of Head of Human Resources at Vantage Developments, leading HR transformation projects and reinforcing people processes that supported organizational scalability.
Earlier, Aliaa worked as Head of Recruitment and Selection at Y The Brokers, where she built robust recruitment strategies and helped establish the company’s employer brand in Egypt’s competitive real estate market. She also contributed to talent acquisition and HR operations at ERA Real Estate and Egypt Best Properties, holding key roles including HR Business Partner and HR Manager.
Aliaa began her career as an HR Specialist at Sigma, where she developed foundational experience in HR operations, employee engagement, and recruitment, setting the stage for her growth into leadership roles.
