In his new role, Mike will lead global operations at CDP, overseeing the end-to-end delivery of the disclosure cycle, governance, compliance, resource planning, and organizational transformation. His leadership will be pivotal in strengthening CDP’s mission of enabling Earth-positive decisions that balance people, planet, and profit.
Mike O’Callaghan brings over 30 years of executive leadership experience across global operations, customer experience, and transformation in AI/ML SaaS, FinTech, E-commerce, and Environmental sectors. His leadership style combines operational precision with a deep commitment to sustainability and innovation.
Before joining CDP, Mike served as a Strategic Advisor at Partnership Solutions International (Partsol), guiding the development of Atai, a cognitive AI platform focused on “Absolute Truth AI.” In this advisory capacity, he helped enterprises in fintech, legal tech, and public governance leverage AI for scientifically validated, risk-free decision-making. He simultaneously led Mike O’Callaghan Consulting Ltd, advising boards and CEOs on operational strategy, leadership development, and transformation initiatives.
Mike’s recent leadership roles also include Strategic Adviser at Predusk Technology Private Limited, where he supported executive governance, business expansion, and partnership strategy. He has served as a Board Advisor at WEM APP, an AI-driven platform helping brands transform event audiences into sustained digital communities.
Previously, as Senior Vice President of Global Operations at Veriff, Mike led a 24/7/365 global verification ecosystem spanning over 200 countries. His leadership extended to ISO certifications, quality systems, and AI-human collaboration frameworks that powered Veriff’s machine learning models. Before that, he was Global Vice President, Operations at Jumio Corporation, where he managed diverse international teams, drove operational scalability, and served on the boards of Jumio’s subsidiaries in India and France.
Mike’s earlier executive roles include Vice President at Expedia Group, where he spearheaded Lodging Partner Services across EMEA; Director of Customer Service Support Services at Amazon Europe, where he managed continuous improvement, analytics, and customer experience transformation; and Head of Outsourcing & Partnerships at Microsoft (Skype Division), where he shaped global outsourcing strategy and scaled operational excellence. His career foundation spans leadership roles at Eurostar, Sitel Group, SYKES, and The Co-operative Bank, where he honed his expertise in customer operations, workforce planning, and digital transformation.
Throughout his journey, Mike has built a reputation as a strategic change leader, combining operational discipline with a forward-looking mindset that bridges technology, sustainability, and human impact.
