Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, October 2025 — FiveS Digital has announced the appointment of Vijayshree Kalon as Senior Vice President – Human Resources, marking a key addition to its leadership team as the company continues to strengthen its people strategy amid rapid growth. With over two decades of experience across global organizations, Vijayshree brings deep expertise in human capital management, strategic HR planning, leadership development, and organizational transformation.
In her new role, she will lead FiveS Digital’s HR strategy with a focus on building future-ready talent, driving inclusion and diversity, and aligning people capabilities with the company’s technology-driven business transformation. Her leadership will be instrumental in enhancing employee engagement, strengthening leadership pipelines, and advancing the organization’s commitment to equity and innovation across its 3,500+ workforce.
Before joining FiveS Digital, Vijayshree served as Head of Human Resources at Ocube Services, where she oversaw talent strategy, organizational restructuring, and capability building for business transformation initiatives. Her strategic interventions contributed to improved employee retention, productivity, and cross-functional collaboration.
Prior to that, she held the role of Vice President – Human Resources at JindalX, where she played a pivotal part in designing and implementing HR frameworks that aligned business goals with people development. She also worked with Genpact as Associate Vice President, driving talent management and performance optimization across multiple business units. Her earlier leadership tenures at Serco, PeopleScout, WNS Global Services, and Avantha Business Solutions further strengthened her expertise in large-scale HR operations, employee engagement, and process improvement.
Vijayshree has also been deeply involved with Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) South Asia, serving as Board Member and HR Consultant. She has led HR interventions and advisory projects across South and Central Asia, focusing on leadership coaching, international mobility, and human resource compliance for non-profit operations. In addition, she currently serves as a Board Advisor at Avyro, extending her impact beyond the corporate domain into advisory and governance leadership.
At FiveS Digital, Vijayshree will lead initiatives aimed at transforming HR into a strategic business enabler, strengthening the company’s employee experience architecture, and supporting its growth in customer experience, automation, and AI-led business process management (BPM). Her leadership aligns with FiveS Digital’s vision of fostering a diverse, inclusive, and technology-empowered workplace, which has earned recognition as India’s first women-owned and diversity-certified BPM organization by WeConnect International, USA.
