In this pivotal role, Abdullah will oversee comprehensive people strategies, foster an exceptional workplace culture, lead talent acquisition, and manage HR shared services to drive organizational growth and employee engagement at Syarah.
Prior to this appointment, Abdullah Alzubaidi served as Director, People Experience and Talent Acquisition at Syarah, where he successfully led strategies to improve engagement, onboarding, and organizational development. Before that, he was Director, Talent Acquisition & Development at Syarah, developing comprehensive recruitment, onboarding, and performance management strategies that fueled the company’s growth.
Earlier, Abdullah contributed significantly as a Senior Executive Search Consultant at a Confidential Government Entity, partnering closely with executive leadership to drive high-impact hiring strategies. He also served as Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, leading full-cycle recruitment, process optimization, and employer branding initiatives.
Before entering his leadership roles, Abdullah gained extensive experience in HR operations, talent development, and business management through roles at organizations such as Victory Training and Development Institute, tiqmo, Maximus, and others, further honing his expertise in people experience, strategic talent management, and organizational effectiveness.
