Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, April 2025 – Lavanya Vattaparambath has taken on the role of Head of HR at Axiro Semiconductor, where she will lead the company’s human resources strategy and drive cultural transformation initiatives in one of the fastest-evolving sectors—semiconductors. In her new role, she aims to co-create a high-performance, inclusive, and people-first culture that supports the company’s mission to lead in RF, mmWave, and AI-driven connectivity.
Lavanya most recently served at Micron Technology for over four years, where she held progressive HR leadership positions, including Global Business Partner Leader and Senior Manager – HRBP, contributing significantly to the company’s transformation journey in India.
Prior to Micron, Lavanya was AVP-HR at Invenio Business Solutions, where she built the HRBP function from the ground up, implemented global HR technology solutions like Workday, developed leadership programs, and spearheaded strategic talent initiatives across multiple countries including Saudi Arabia.
Before that, she spent over four years at CDK Global, first as Deputy Manager – HR and L&D, and then as HRBP and L&D Manager (India). She led key HR initiatives across 1500+ associates, including strategic performance management, mobility, and branding efforts that enhanced CDK’s position as an employer of choice.
Lavanya’s earlier career includes impactful roles at Oracle, where she was an HR Business Partner driving initiatives in talent development and engagement, and at Tech Mahindra, where she managed HR for a unit of over 1200 employees, navigating critical challenges such as the Satyam Crisis while strengthening retention and communication strategies.
She holds a postgraduate degree in Human Resources and brings with her nearly two decades of cross-industry HR experience across IT, product development, and semiconductor sectors.
