Phoenix, Arizona, United States, October 2025 — B. Braun Group, a global leader in medical technology, has announced the appointment of Dominick Guire as Vice President, Human Resources. In his new role, Dominick will lead the company’s people and culture strategy across North America, strengthening organizational capability, driving engagement, and enabling business excellence in alignment with B. Braun’s global vision of improving healthcare through innovation and expertise.
Before joining B. Braun Group, Dominick served as Head of Human Resources – North America Agriculture Manufacturing, Security & Labor Relations at CNH Industrial, where he led a team of 30 professionals supporting more than 5,000 employees across eight manufacturing facilities in the U.S. and Canada. His leadership was instrumental in shaping HR strategies that fostered workforce agility, enhanced employee relations, and improved organizational effectiveness across manufacturing operations.
Previously, Dominick was Vice President of Human Resources at SOURCE Global, where he played a key role in scaling the organization’s workforce internationally, building a shared service and manufacturing center in Malaysia, and establishing leadership development and performance management systems that strengthened the company’s mission-driven culture.
Earlier, he held the role of Senior Director of Human Resources at Airbus, leading HR and training for a $2 billion aerospace manufacturing facility. During his tenure, he achieved a 25% cost reduction without layoffs, earning recognition from global leadership for maintaining high engagement and operational excellence. Prior to Airbus, Dominick served as HR Site Leader at Honeywell Aerospace, where he implemented site-wide talent, diversity, and performance strategies for over 2,500 employees.
Dominick began his HR leadership journey with Boeing, where he spent nearly a decade in multiple HR roles, including Senior HR Manager for Boeing Research & Technology, driving major workforce transitions, employee engagement, and the establishment of new technical centers globally. His earlier experience at CF Industries, Tetra Pak, and Applied Systems provided him with a strong foundation in HR operations, employee relations, and organizational development.
Dominick holds dual master’s degrees — an MBA in Global Management and a Master’s in Human Resource Management — from the University of Phoenix. Known for his strategic mindset and people-centric leadership, he has consistently driven culture transformation and performance excellence across industries.
