Earlier, Steven served as Chief People & Culture Officer at ICEYE, leading HR for a global workforce of nearly 500 employees and doubling headcount year-over-year while enhancing engagement and organizational performance. Prior to that, he held the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at Avast Software, overseeing HR for 3,000 employees and guiding the company through its merger and public offering in the UK.

Steven’s career also includes senior leadership roles at TNT Express, NXP Semiconductors, InBev, Sony Ericsson, Siemens Healthineers, and Toyota Motor Europe, where he built high-performing teams, managed post-merger integrations, and contributed to the global expansion of HR and business operations.
