In her new role, Katrina will lead Rev’s global people strategy, driving initiatives that foster a high-performance culture, enhance employee engagement, and align talent development with the company’s mission to revolutionize the legal technology landscape through AI innovation.
Katrina brings over a decade of human resources and people operations experience across the technology and professional services sectors. She has been an integral part of Rev for more than two years, previously serving as Senior Manager, People Operations, where she led organizational programs in HR systems, people analytics, and employee experience. Her leadership helped strengthen Rev’s talent framework during a period of significant growth and technological expansion.
Before joining Rev, Katrina served as People Operations Partner at Leapsome, a Berlin-based HR tech startup, where she was the first U.S. HR lead, managing end-to-end people operations and employee engagement for a growing global team. She also held key recruiting and talent leadership roles at Apex Fintech Solutions and Atlassian, where she led campus hiring programs, built early career pipelines, and developed large-scale internship programs across U.S. offices.
Earlier in her career, Katrina worked in HR operations and analytics at MeadWestvaco (MWV) and began her career as a Technical Recruiter at Data Concepts, gaining valuable experience in HR systems, data management, and technical hiring. Her extensive background in people strategy, workforce systems, and global team engagement uniquely positions her to elevate Rev’s employee experience as the company expands its AI-powered legal and transcription platforms.
