Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, October 2025 — Jubilant Bhartia Group, a diversified global conglomerate with interests across pharmaceuticals, life sciences, food services, and polymers, has appointed Rahul Saini as Group Head of Treasury. With over two decades of distinguished experience in treasury management, corporate banking, and strategic finance, Rahul will oversee the Group’s treasury operations, focusing on liquidity management, capital structure optimization, and financial risk governance.

Before joining Jubilant Bhartia Group, Rahul served as Head – Strategic Treasury at the Motherson Group, where he played a pivotal role in strengthening the group’s financial and treasury frameworks. His strategic contributions included driving capital efficiency, optimizing funding structures, and aligning treasury operations with the company’s global expansion objectives.

Earlier, Rahul had a decade-long tenure with the Australia and New Zealand Banking Group (ANZ) as Director – Relationship Management, Corporate & Institutional Banking, where he managed key corporate portfolios and delivered tailored financial solutions to large clients. Prior to that, he held senior leadership roles at DBS Bank, progressing from AVP, Global Transaction Services to VP & Team Leader, Corporate & Investment Banking Group, where he led multi-sector banking initiatives and managed strategic corporate relationships.

Rahul began his career with the State Bank of India, gaining a solid foundation in trade, markets, and SME banking, followed by his role as Regional Product Manager – Trade Sales, SMEG at ICICI Bank. His career reflects consistent achievements in treasury management, risk mitigation, and strategic financial planning, with a sharp focus on operational excellence and sustainable value creation.

At Jubilant Bhartia Group, Rahul will lead the Group’s treasury strategy, overseeing investments, funding, and capital allocation to support its multi-sector growth ambitions and global operations.
