Earlier, Manjit worked as Senior Manager – Operations with MDIndia Healthcare Services (TPA) Pvt. Ltd., where he developed robust governance structures and delivery models for large-scale operations. He also gained early leadership experience at Ventura India Pvt. Ltd. and Intelenet Global Services, managing high-performance teams, client relationships, and multi-location service operations.
With over two decades of professional experience, Manjit brings extensive expertise in business development, client relations, risk management, and operational leadership.
