Vaud, Switzerland, November 2025 — Witivio, a global leader in AI-powered employee experience solutions for Microsoft Teams, has announced the appointment of Frédéric Bescond as its new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). With over two decades of international experience across digital transformation, AI strategy, and omnichannel marketing, Frédéric brings a visionary approach to aligning technology, growth, and customer experience in enterprise collaboration ecosystems.
At Witivio, Frédéric will spearhead the company’s global marketing and go-to-market strategy within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, focusing on brand positioning, customer acquisition, and performance-driven growth. He will lead a multidisciplinary marketing team committed to innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement, driving Witivio’s next phase of expansion across international markets.
Before joining Witivio, Frédéric served as Head of Regional Web & eCommerce – Smoke Free Category for Philip Morris International (PMI), leading a team of 10 experts supporting 33 markets. He achieved significant milestones including 20% improvement in online conversion, 45% organic traffic growth, and millions in incremental revenue by integrating AI-driven personalization, advanced analytics, and digital optimization across platforms. His “Digital First DNA” initiative became a PMI benchmark for transforming customer journeys through automation and AI.
Earlier, as Digital Lead Consultant at Isobar Switzerland (now Merkle), Frédéric guided digital transformation for a global FMCG client across 24 markets, driving 39% organic traffic growth and a 107% revenue increase through SEO, omnichannel strategy, and data-driven insights. He also served on the Strategic Committee of Webmecanik, a SaaS marketing automation scale-up, where his strategic inputs helped achieve breakeven and optimize key performance metrics such as MRR and customer acquisition cost.
Frédéric’s entrepreneurial experience includes over nine years as Co-Owner and Director at Agence Paprika, where he led a digital and communication agency serving global clients like the United Nations, FNAC CH, and Hasbro, achieving a 100% increase in revenue and 160% rise in gross margin. In parallel, he served as Head of Digital Master Programs at INSEEC Campus Chambéry, designing and teaching programs in digital strategy, blockchain, and marketing automation, contributing to a tenfold growth in student enrollment.
Frédéric is a graduate of Harvard Business School Online’s Strategic AI Leadership Program, where he developed the AI-Powered CMO Cockpit—an applied project designed to integrate marketing, sales, and product data for real-time, AI-based decision-making.
