De Pere, Wisconsin, United States, April 2025 – Trisha Campbell has been appointed as Director of Talent at Northwestern Mutual, marking a significant milestone in her nearly two-decade career in talent acquisition and leadership. In her new role, Trisha will be responsible for shaping and executing Northwestern Mutual’s talent strategy, driving enterprise-level recruitment initiatives, and supporting organizational growth through best-in-class hiring practices.
Prior to this role, Trisha served for over four years at Titus Talent Strategies, where she held multiple positions including Manager, Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, and Project Lead. During her tenure, she led full-cycle recruitment projects across industries such as engineering, biotech, manufacturing, HR, and finance, while mentoring recruitment teams and managing key client accounts.
Before Titus, Trisha held various recruitment roles at The QTI Group, where she focused on executive and professional search, supporting clients across nonprofit, higher education, and life sciences sectors. Her earlier career also includes talent operations experience at Madison Metro Administrative Services and Cielo Talent, where she strengthened onboarding and process optimization capabilities. Trisha began her career in customer-facing roles at Colectivo Coffee and County Clare Irish Pub & Inn, which contributed to her people-first leadership style.
