Scottsdale, Arizona, United States, November 2025 — Philip C. has joined Cardone Ventures as the Chief Business Officer, bringing over two decades of strategic and operational leadership experience across financial services, banking, and investment management sectors. In his new role, he will oversee business strategy, growth initiatives, and operational excellence to further Cardone Ventures’ mission of helping business owners achieve their personal, professional, and financial goals through scalable business growth.
Before joining Cardone Ventures, Philip served as Chief Operating Officer at Russell Investments, where he was instrumental in optimizing operational efficiency and driving global growth strategies. His leadership contributed to strengthening client engagement and ensuring organizational agility across multiple business units.
Prior to that, he held a distinguished 14-year tenure with Silicon Valley Bank, where he served as Chief Operations Officer and previously as Head of EMEA. During his time there, he played a pivotal role in building and scaling the bank’s international footprint, leading teams across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa while enhancing cross-border business development.
Earlier in his career, Philip worked with Bank of Scotland as Head of London, where he managed key business operations and client relationships in one of the world’s most competitive financial markets. Before that, he served as CEO of Overseas Businesses at Torex Retail, overseeing business operations across 10 countries with a team of more than 850 professionals, driving growth and operational transformation.
Philip began his leadership journey with RBS (Royal Bank of Scotland), where he served as Managing Director for six years, laying the foundation for his extensive experience in strategic and operational leadership in financial institutions.
