Eureka Forbes Appoints Vikas Jayna as New Chief Technology Officer

Eureka Forbes, a leading name in domestic and industrial purification systems, air purifiers, and security solutions, has proudly announced the appointment of Vikas Jayna as its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO). With an impressive career spanning over two decades, Jayna brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his new role at Eureka Forbes.

Vikas Jayna’s career trajectory is marked by significant accomplishments, most recently serving as the Director of Engineering at Swiggy from July 2022 to November 2023. During his tenure, he was instrumental in integrating the Dineout product into the Swiggy app, overseeing a 50-person engineering organization. His leadership was pivotal in launching the Great Indian Restaurant Festival (GIRF) on the Swiggy platform in April 2023, as well as facilitating Dineout’s successful acquisition and transition into Swiggy, in collaboration with Times Internet and Swiggy leadership teams.

Prior to Swiggy, Jayna held the position of Head of Engineering at Dineout and Inresto by Dineout from November 2018 to June 2022. There, he led a 100+ engineering team, focusing on B2C and B2B products for the restaurant industry. His contributions included developing a microservices architecture for the B2B Inresto product and achieving ISO 27001 and SOC 2 compliances for Dineout and Inresto, respectively.

Before joining Dineout, Vikas was the Head of Engineering at OneAssist Consumer Solutions for eight months and a Software Development Manager at Amazon for over a year. His earlier career includes a long stint at Info Edge India Ltd, where he rose to the position of Vice President Engineering, Naukri.com, after serving in various capacities for over 13 years.
