Sinem Unal Aveleira Appointed as Head of People at Trio Mobil

London, England, United Kingdom, November 2025 – Trio Mobil, a global leader in AI and IoT-based industrial safety solutions, has appointed Sinem Unal Aveleira as its new Head of People. Based in London, Sinem will lead Trio Mobil’s people strategy, culture transformation, and leadership development initiatives as the company continues its global expansion across 65 countries.

Before joining Trio Mobil, Sinem Unal Aveleira served as Chief of Staff and Director of People and Culture at Pisano, where she played a dual strategic role over four years, driving organizational transformation, performance management, and diversity initiatives. As a member of the executive committee, she shaped leadership development frameworks, talent management systems, and culture-change programs that strengthened Pisano’s global operations.

In parallel, she founded Evermind Human, where she continues to work as a Fractional Talent Leader, partnering with organizations to design people strategies that promote inclusion, resilience, and sustainable growth. Through her consulting practice, she has helped companies optimize HR processes, build leadership pipelines, and enhance employee experience.

Earlier in her career, Sinem held multiple leadership roles at Accenture UK & Ireland, including UK Performance Achievement Lead – Human Capital & Diversity and Regional Recruitment Lead for the Middle East and Turkey. She spearheaded large-scale performance improvement projects, embedding Accenture’s Leadership DNA framework across business units and leading recruitment teams across the UAE, KSA, and Turkey.

Her experience also spans roles at PwC Turkey, Forte Consultancy Group (acquired by Ernst & Young Advisory MENA), HSBC, DenizBank, and Arvato, where she built her foundation in recruitment, career management, and HR business partnering. This global exposure has shaped her as a multicultural leader with deep expertise in people transformation, inclusion, and performance strategy.

Education

Sinem Unal Aveleira holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi, equipping her with a strong academic foundation to complement her extensive professional experience in HR and organizational development.
