London, England, United Kingdom, November 2025 — Rohit Kumar has been elevated to Head of Human Resources – UK, EUR & USA at NETS-International Group, a leading global systems integrator and digital solutions provider. In this expanded leadership role, Rohit will oversee HR operations and people strategy across the United Kingdom, Europe, and the United States — driving strategic workforce planning, talent development, and organizational transformation to support NETS-International’s global growth trajectory.

Rohit has been part of NETS-International Group for nearly four years, playing a pivotal role in shaping the company’s human resources function across regions. Prior to this elevation, he served as Head of HR for the UK and Europe, where he successfully led initiatives to streamline HR processes, strengthen performance management frameworks, and enhance organizational effectiveness. Earlier, as Head of HR – UK and HR Business Partner, he built strong HR foundations across business units, focusing on talent acquisition, leadership capability development, and policy alignment with global standards.

Before joining NETS, Rohit served as a Recruitment Business Partner at Gold Care Homes in London, where he designed recruitment strategies for a diverse workforce within the healthcare sector. Earlier, he was associated with Aditya Birla Finance Limited as an HR Business Partner, where he focused on strategic HR planning, compensation benchmarking, and employee engagement for one of India’s leading financial institutions.

His early career included a four-year tenure at Accenture in India, where he worked as a Human Resources Analyst, gaining comprehensive exposure to HR analytics, employee relations, and operational excellence in large-scale, global environments. He also interned at Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail, where he developed insights into compensation and benefits management.

Rohit holds a Post Graduate Program in Human Resource Management from the School of Inspired Leadership (SOIL), which has shaped his people-centric leadership style and strategic HR vision.

Matt leads Apollo’s recruiting, talent management, compensation, succession planning, citizenship, employee relations, development, and culture work. He is also a member of the firm’s Leadership Team. Matt is committed to expanding opportunities across Apollo’s workplace, marketplace, and communities. Prior to joining Apollo, Matt was Chief Talent Officer at BlackRock as well as a member of the Operating Committee. Previously, he held strategy, talent, and innovation roles at Mastercard, PwC, and CEB/Gartner.

Matt holds a BA in Economics from the University of Southern California, an MSc from the London School of Economics, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He currently serves on the boards of the Lumina Foundation, the Aspen Institute’s Business and Society program, the Milken Institute’s Inclusive Capitalism initiative, and Georgetown University’s initiative on AI, Analytics, and the Future of Work. He is the co-author of numerous Harvard Business School case studies and articles on leadership. Matt has been recognized as a Top Global CHRO multiple times by n2Growth and Stanford Business School.
