Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, November 2025 — Oriano has announced the appointment of Mr. Rahul Asolkar as its Chief Growth Officer, marking a significant leadership transition within the organization. In this pivotal role, Rahul will lead Oriano’s strategic growth initiatives across existing and emerging business portfolios, reinforcing the company’s mission of delivering sustainable, scalable, and future-ready clean energy solutions.
Rahul brings over 18 years of experience across the renewable energy and power infrastructure sectors. His journey with Oriano began when he served as Head of Operations, where he played an instrumental role in building operational excellence in the solar EPC domain. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer, leading execution and delivery across Oriano’s clean energy projects while strengthening organizational capabilities and process efficiency.
Before rejoining Oriano, Rahul held leadership positions at Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy as Head of Estimation, where he led the development of large-scale solar projects and contributed to business expansion across domestic and international markets. Prior to that, as Head of Business Development – Solar EPC at Voltas Limited (A TATA Enterprise), he was responsible for driving growth and building strategic partnerships in the renewable energy space.
Earlier in his career, Rahul held key positions with GE Grid Solutions, Schneider Electric, and AREVA T&D India Limited, where he honed his expertise in project management, proposals, and business development within the power and infrastructure sectors. His deep technical acumen, combined with strategic leadership, has consistently contributed to business growth and operational success.
