A seasoned HR leader with more than two decades of experience in business transformation, talent acquisition, and shared services, Tony brings deep expertise in building scalable people strategies across high-growth industries. In his new role, he will lead the company’s human resources function, focusing on talent excellence, digital enablement, and organizational development as 1Point1 continues to expand its footprint in outsourcing, consulting, and technology services.
Tony joins 1Point1 from Conneqt Business Solutions, where he spent over ten years in multiple leadership roles, including Head – Shared Services and HR Operations and Head – Talent Acquisition and Talent Services Group. During his tenure, he was instrumental in driving large-scale recruitment, overseeing over 25,000 hires annually, and developing agile HR frameworks to support the company’s national expansion. His leadership played a pivotal role in creating high-performing, employee-centric environments and building sustainable talent pipelines in the competitive BPO sector.
Earlier, Tony served at Sutherland Global Services for nearly 21 years, holding key leadership roles including Director – Human Resources. Based across Chennai, Hyderabad, and Cochin, he led strategic talent acquisition initiatives and redefined volume hiring processes, aligning workforce capabilities with business transformation goals. Tony began his career with TeamLease Services Pvt. Ltd., gaining early exposure to workforce planning and people operations.
Known for his people-first approach, Tony has consistently championed HR innovations that balance operational excellence with cultural transformation.
