Hyderabad, Telangana, India, November 2025 — Vinod Parur has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Granules India Limited, bringing with him over 24 years of extensive HR leadership experience across manufacturing, engineering, pharmaceuticals, and infrastructure. Known for building agile, future-ready HR frameworks, he has played a pivotal role in enabling organizational transformation, leadership capability development, and people-centric growth across large Indian and multinational companies.
In his new mandate at Granules India Limited, Parur will lead the company’s enterprise-wide HR strategy, with a strong focus on capability building, talent management, cultural transformation, and organizational readiness to support the company’s global expansion goals. His experience in driving HR integration for IPO preparedness, implementing HRMS platforms, and leading M&A-related people transitions positions him as a crucial leader for Granules’ next phase of growth.
Before joining Granules India Limited, Vinod served as Chief Human Resources Officer at RR Kabel Limited, where he led transformative HR programs, strengthened leadership pipelines, and developed robust organizational processes to support scale and market expansion. Earlier, as CHRO at Nilkamal Limited, he played a key role in driving HR digitalization, employee engagement frameworks, and structural enhancements aligned with business outcomes.
His earlier leadership positions at A.T.E. Group, Schindler India, and Schindler Group contributed to shaping his expertise in manufacturing HR, capability development, plant workforce strategies, learning systems, and organizational development. Notably, during his tenure at Schindler, he was part of the core team responsible for establishing the company’s greenfield manufacturing facility, one of the company’s most significant operational milestones.
Parur began his career with Unichem Laboratories Limited and HCC, where he contributed to strengthening their OD, training, and workforce capability programs. He holds a Master’s degree in Management Studies (Human Resources) from PIMSR, Mumbai University, and a Bachelor of Commerce and Economics from NMIMS, Mumbai University. He is certified across several HR assessment and training programs and continues to serve on various advisory and academic boards, advocating for the advancement of HR excellence in India.
