Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, October 2025 — NTT DATA Business Solutions has announced the appointment of Krunal Patel (કૃણાલ પટેલ) as Managing Director (MD) of India, a move that underscores the company’s commitment to strengthening its presence in one of its fastest-growing markets. With over two decades of leadership experience across the Asia-Pacific and Middle East regions, Krunal brings proven expertise in driving growth, customer success, and digital transformation.
In his new role, Krunal will lead the India business, focusing on revenue acceleration, delivery excellence, and positioning NTT DATA Business Solutions India as a trusted SAP and ServiceNow shoring partner within the global ecosystem. Welcoming him to the role, Norbert Rotter, CEO of NTT DATA Business Solutions AG, highlighted Krunal’s leadership and innovation-driven mindset as instrumental in advancing India’s strategic role within the company. Sharing his vision, Krunal emphasized his focus on AI-led digital transformation, bold ideas, and continuous learning to empower clients and teams alike.
Krunal has been associated with NTT DATA Business Solutions since April 2023, where he first served as Vice President Sales and Revenue Growth for the Asia-Pacific region, covering India, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, and Indonesia. He then took over as Vice President and Head of India Business in April 2024, managing a team of 1,500 professionals, overseeing SAP, ServiceNow, Analytics, and AI-led innovation practices, while delivering profitable growth and client success.
Prior to this, Krunal held senior leadership roles in global technology and cybersecurity organizations. As Managing Director for India and the Middle East at SafeBreach, he built the region’s business from the ground up, driving partnerships and enterprise adoption of breach and attack simulation solutions. At TeamViewer, he was the founding leader of India operations, scaling the business from inception and delivering 5x revenue growth by building enterprise partnerships and a strong channel ecosystem across SAARC.
Earlier in his career, Krunal worked with itelligence India (an NTT Group company) as COO – vCentric Technologies, and as Country Sales Director for India and the Subcontinent. His foundation was built with global technology leaders such as SAP, Gartner, Esri, and Zenith Computers, where he developed expertise in enterprise technology sales, public sector engagement, and digital transformation initiatives.
