Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India, November 2025 — Arvind Advanced Materials Limited has announced the appointment of Nishigandha Kulkarni (She/Her) as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). With nearly two decades of experience spanning HR leadership, organizational development, capability building, and talent strategy, Nishigandha brings a proven track record of driving people excellence across diverse industries.
In her new role, Nishigandha will lead the HR strategy at Arvind Advanced Materials, focusing on talent management, leadership development, organizational culture, and people systems that align with the company’s long-term growth vision. Her mandate includes strengthening the leadership pipeline, building enterprise capabilities, and advancing employee experience through people-centric strategies and innovative HR frameworks.
Before joining Arvind Advanced Materials, Nishigandha served as Head of HR at Iscon Balaji Foods, where she led the end-to-end Human Capital function, overseeing strategic HR operations and organizational transformation. Previously, she was CHRO at Wellness Forever Medicare Limited, where she steered the company’s people, learning, and administrative functions, embedding a culture of engagement and performance.
Earlier in her career, she played key leadership roles at Lakmé Lever (Aptech) as Head – HR and Training, Operations, and at Suzlon Group as Head of COE – Leadership Development, OD & Training Excellence, where she designed leadership competency frameworks, capability-building programs, and organization-wide OD interventions. Her earlier contributions at Raymond Limited and Reliance Communications involved leading large-scale learning and development initiatives, building sales capability programs, and driving culture transformation across distributed workforces.
An XLRI Jamshedpur alumna, Nishigandha holds an Executive Management degree in Human Resources Management, along with an MBA in HR from Sikkim Manipal University. She began her career as a behavioral trainer at SIES College of Management Studies, laying the foundation for her enduring focus on leadership and organizational behavior.
