Muscat, Masqaţ, Oman, November 2025 — Sitanshu Shekhar Singhdeo has stepped into the role of General Manager at Bait Al Osool Real Estate, bringing with him more than two decades of leadership experience across facility management, business operations, real estate development, asset services, and integrated FM strategies. With deep operational expertise across India, Oman, Qatar, and the UAE, he now joins Bait Al Osool Real Estate to strengthen operational excellence, client experience, and performance outcomes across the organization’s expanding portfolio.
Before joining Bait Al Osool Real Estate, Sitanshu Shekhar Singhdeo served as Vice President – Facility Management at Brigade Group for over three years in Bengaluru, where he led large-scale facility management operations across residential and commercial assets. His role spanned P&L oversight, vendor management, ESG improvements, GHG inventorisation, asset performance, and operational excellence—strengthening Brigade’s FM standards and service delivery across diverse portfolios.
Prior to Brigade, Sitanshu spent more than three years at Cushman & Wakefield as Director – Business Operations, IFM & Asset Services for the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. He was responsible for IFM delivery, asset lifecycle performance, preventive maintenance strategies, root-cause analysis frameworks, workplace safety, fire safety compliance, and end-to-end P&L and budgeting responsibilities across large mixed-use and residential portfolios.
Before this, Sitanshu worked in Qatar as Business Head – Operations & Development at Integral Food Services – Global Venture Group, where he spent over two years leading operational development, design development, preventive maintenance, budgeting, asset management, and performance optimization across the group’s diversified service portfolio.
Earlier in his career, Sitanshu spent four years as a Real Estate & Facility Management Development Consultant in Abu Dhabi, driving FM strategy, design consulting, budget planning, service improvement, township management, and operational requirement frameworks for clients across residential, commercial, and retail sectors.
In the first decade of his career, Sitanshu gained rich foundational experience through leadership roles at Knight Frank India, Cushman & Wakefield, Peninsula Land Ltd., and Sodexo, where he built early expertise in residential real estate, service improvement, cost efficiency, housekeeping management, operational excellence, and business development—laying the groundwork for his growth into larger FM leadership roles across the region.
Sitanshu Shekhar Singhdeo holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) in Sales and Marketing from Pune University, which strengthened his managerial grounding and supported his leadership trajectory across operations, real estate, FM strategy, and business development.
