Manesar, Haryana, India, November 2025 – Amrita Singh has stepped into a larger and expanded leadership role within the Uno Minda Group as the Business HR Head at Uno Mindarika Private Limited (UMRPL). After a transformative two-year journey with Denso Ten Uno Minda, her transition marks a significant step forward in shaping the people agenda, strengthening organisational capabilities, and supporting the Group’s ambitious growth plans across the automotive components ecosystem.
In her most recent role, Amrita served as Head of HR – Infotainment (JV) at Denso Ten Uno Minda, where she spent over two years driving HR strategy, organisational development, culture strengthening, and leadership enablement across the joint venture setup. Her experience here has been deeply enriching and catalytic, providing a strong foundation for her expanded responsibilities at UMRPL.
Before joining Uno Minda Group, she held the position of Head HR (India) at IT By Design, where she led people strategy, talent processes, and HR operations across the India business. Her work strengthened people systems, talent pipelines, and engagement mechanisms in a fast-growing technology and services environment.
Earlier, Amrita worked with Genpact as an HR Leader for Global IT and Legal teams, gaining extensive experience in global stakeholder management, complex workforce dynamics, capability building, and organisational transformation. Her role deepened her expertise in operating HR frameworks at scale across international teams.
Her career foundations were shaped through impactful roles at Arvind Limited as Head HR – Wovens & Knits business, and an illustrious 8-year tenure with Rapid Metro Rail Gurgaon Limited, where she progressed from HR Manager to Head HR (GM). During this phase, she led a wide array of HR and OD initiatives including manpower budgeting, talent acquisition and development, psychometric assessments, BEI, PMS design, culture building, learning systems, compliance, employee relations, grievance management, and organisational shift from project phase to operational maturity. Her early experience at GMR Group rounded off her grounding in HR, IR, organisational design, change management, and performance systems during a period of major transformation in airport operations.
Parallel to her professional journey, Amrita strengthened her academic foundation through an Executive Programme in Strategic Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad in 2018, and a MA in Social Work (Criminology & Correctional Administration) from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, deepening her strategic, behavioural and people-centric expertise.
