Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, November 2025 – Dhawal Ruparel has taken on a key leadership role as Vice President – HR Business Partner, Talent Acquisition & Transformation at Access Healthcare, joining the organization with more than two decades of rich experience across Reliance Industries Limited, Jio, and Genpact. In this role, he leads HR and talent acquisition for more than 7,200 employees across three sites and heads a team of 50+ HR professionals, driving organizational capability, transformation, and an employee-centric, high-performance culture.
In his most recent role at Reliance Industries Limited, Dhawal served as Head – Talent Acquisition (Manufacturing Division), leading hiring for Reliance’s Refining, Petrochemicals and Polyester Manufacturing businesses while driving leadership hiring, talent strategy, and large-scale transformation initiatives. Prior to this, as Assistant Vice President – HR Analytics, Data & Process Lifecycle Management, he accelerated HR transformation through data, governance, systems, and analytics, contributing significantly to process efficiency and strategic workforce intelligence.
Before his tenure at Reliance, Dhawal spent nearly five years at Jio as Assistant Vice President – Human Resources, where he led HR operations across states, strengthened performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement, and implemented AI-enabled HR tools including chatbots, early-warning systems, and digitized performance frameworks. His work at Jio contributed to scalable HR processes across large geographies and business lines.
Dhawal built the foundation of his leadership career during more than 12 years at Genpact, holding progressive roles across HR Business Partnering, HR Analytics, and Business Intelligence. His contributions included leading the global BI–HR Technology program impacting 10,000+ employees, building domain capability across practice lines, driving HR transformation projects, and leading HR for 1,500+ employees in NCR. His early career across operations, employee relations, HR planning, collections, and customer service strengthened his understanding of frontline realities and end-to-end people processes.
