Atlanta, Georgia, United States, November 2025 — PGS USA has announced the appointment of Kentavious Patman as its Chief People Officer, marking a significant milestone in the company’s rapid national expansion. With deep expertise across human resources, security operations, organizational development, and military leadership, Kentavious will spearhead the People Strategy for one of America’s fastest-growing security organisations.
In his new role, he will lead HR, Talent Acquisition, Compliance, Training & Development, Employee Relations, and culture-building initiatives across multiple states—ensuring a scalable people infrastructure that supports operational excellence and enhances the employee experience for thousands of security professionals across the country.
Kentavious most recently served as Vice President of Human Resources at PGS USA, where he shaped people practices focused on culture transformation, talent development, employee engagement, and business-aligned HR strategies. In this role, he successfully strengthened organisational effectiveness through data-driven insights, progressive people policies, and an inclusive, high-performance workplace culture.
Before this, he served in the Georgia Army National Guard, where he built an extraordinary leadership foundation across multiple roles. As SFC, HQ Platoon Sergeant, he provided mission-critical leadership, mentored junior soldiers, and ensured readiness across training, discipline, and operations. His prior responsibilities as Operations NCO, Civil Affairs NCOIC, and Career Counselor further strengthened his competencies in training management, operational security, community engagement, retention planning, and strategic thinking—skills that now deeply influence his HR leadership philosophy.
Prior to his senior HR roles, Kentavious worked with Beacon Management Services as Human Resources Manager, where he drove hiring, workforce planning, development, and operations management across multi-state environments. He also played a significant role in talent acquisition at Operation HOPE, modernising recruitment systems, automating key HR workflows, and building digital recruiting campaigns aligned with organisational growth needs.
Earlier in his professional journey, Kentavious gained operational leadership experience as Regional Director of Operations at Platinum Group Security (PGS) and previously held multiple roles at Allied Universal and its predecessor entities. His work in security operations, customer relations, contract management, and cross-functional leadership shaped his understanding of frontline operations—critical context he now brings to his role as CPO.
