San Francisco Bay Area, United States, November 2025 — Tiffany Stevenson has taken on the role of Chief People Officer at The RealReal, marking a pivotal leadership move as the company continues strengthening its workforce strategy and culture while scaling its mission in authenticated luxury resale and sustainable fashion. In this newly announced role, Tiffany will oversee all people operations, culture development, employee engagement, and long-term talent strategy—advancing The RealReal’s people-first philosophy as the organization continues its growth journey.

Before joining The RealReal, Tiffany most recently served at WeightWatchers, where she held the position of Chief People & Engagement Officer and previously served as SVP, Chief People Officer. During her tenure, Tiffany played a key role in unifying brand purpose, culture strategy, and engagement across internal and external communities—while leading cross-functional teams including marketing, communications, social impact, commercial operations, and HR.

Prior to WeightWatchers, Tiffany was the SVP, Chief People Officer at Patreon, where she built and scaled the People & Communities function. Her work supported the organization’s mission-driven growth, introduced scalable people systems, and advanced culture transformation frameworks across global teams. Earlier, Tiffany also held a leadership advisory role at Hitch Works, Inc. (acquired by ServiceNow) as Chair of the Advisory Board.

Tiffany’s earlier career includes a significant chapter at Box, where she progressed through senior roles including Chief Talent & Inclusion Officer, Global Head of Communities, and Vice President, Global Head of Talent & Belonging. Her work included building Box’s inclusion strategy, scaling talent development, and overseeing workforce learning, community programming, and engagement efforts—contributing to the company’s recognition as a certified Great Place to Work.

Her foundational leadership growth began with more than twelve years at Sephora, where she led talent development and learning across the Americas region. Earlier roles included time with the U.S. Department of Commerce, Charles Schwab, Merrill Lynch, and The Mirage—establishing deep expertise in leadership development, organizational design, culture, and talent transformation. Tiffany holds an MBA in Business Strategy and Change Management from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.

Matthew Breitfelder is Partner and Global Head of Human Capital at Apollo, where he focuses on attracting extraordinary talent to the firm and creating an innovative, inclusive, high-performance culture that brings out the best in Apollo’s people. Matt leads Apollo’s recruiting, talent management, compensation, succession planning, citizenship, employee relations, development, and culture work. He is also a member of the firm’s Leadership Team. Matt is committed to expanding opportunities across Apollo’s workplace, marketplace, and communities. Prior to joining Apollo, Matt was Chief Talent Officer at BlackRock as well as a member of the Operating Committee. Previously, he held strategy, talent, and innovation roles at Mastercard, PwC, and CEB/Gartner.

Matt holds a BA in Economics from the University of Southern California, an MSc from the London School of Economics, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He currently serves on the boards of the Lumina Foundation, the Aspen Institute’s Business and Society program, the Milken Institute’s Inclusive Capitalism initiative, and Georgetown University’s initiative on AI, Analytics, and the Future of Work. He is the co-author of numerous Harvard Business School case studies and articles on leadership. Matt has been recognized as a Top Global CHRO multiple times by n2Growth and Stanford Business School.
