Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, November 2025 — Arvind Laddha has taken on the role of President at Ace Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd., marking a significant leadership transition for one of India’s most trusted composite insurance broking organisations. Bringing a distinguished career spanning insurance broking, reinsurance, employee benefits, financial advisory, and health assurance, Arvind’s appointment signals Ace’s commitment to accelerating strategic growth and deepening its market leadership.
Before joining Ace Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd., Arvind most recently served as President & CFO at Loop, India’s first health assurance company backed by globally renowned investors including Y Combinator, Khosla Ventures, Elevation, and General Catalyst. In this role, he played an instrumental part in scaling Loop’s business, shaping financial governance, and strengthening its value proposition for hundreds of corporate clients and millions of users who rely on Loop’s technology-enabled health assurance ecosystem.
Prior to Loop, Arvind spent five impactful years as President, India at Mercer, where he led all of Mercer’s businesses across the country and was a senior member of the MMC India Leadership Team. Under his stewardship, Mercer India became one of the firm’s fastest-growing global markets, driven by his focus on high-quality consulting, talent strategy alignment, and empowering teams to deliver meaningful client outcomes across dynamic business environments.
Earlier, Arvind served as Deputy Chief Executive Officer at JLT Independent, leading specialised practices including Employee Benefits, Aviation, Crop Reinsurance and Mass Health Reinsurance. As part of the global Employee Benefits leadership, he contributed to global practice evolution while building strong local capabilities and nurturing deeply client-centric teams in India.
A defining phase of Arvind’s career was his thirteen-year entrepreneurial journey as Founder & CEO of Vantage Insurance Brokers & Risk Advisors Pvt. Ltd., which grew into India’s largest independent Employee Benefits Broking Company. Under his leadership, the firm pioneered multiple industry-first initiatives, established a culture rooted in value-based client service, and gained recognition as one of the most respected insurance broking firms in the country. The business was later acquired by JLT, underscoring the strength of the organisation he built.
Arvind began his professional journey with Khandwala Securities Ltd. as Assistant Vice President, focusing on stockbroking, wealth management, and life insurance advisory. His foundational years at Kirtane & Pandit LLP, where he completed his articleship, equipped him with strong grounding in audit, management accounting, and financial reporting—skills that later shaped his leadership across insurance and financial services.
