Arican has been a key leader at Securitas Technology Türkiye for over six years, previously serving as Director of HR & Transformation Office. In this role, she was instrumental in aligning HR strategies with business goals, spearheading employee engagement programs, and enhancing succession planning. She also played a crucial part in the North Star transformation initiative, which focused on optimizing processes and technology platforms to enhance operational efficiency.
Prior to her tenure at Securitas Technology Türkiye, she worked as an Organizational Development and Recruitment Consultant, providing HR advisory services across various industries. Before that, she was the Human Resources Director at Aksigorta, where she oversaw talent acquisition, leadership development, and workforce planning. Her career also includes nearly nine years at Avea (now Türk Telekom Mobile), where she held multiple roles, including Career & Talent Management Manager, focusing on succession planning, leadership development, and competency-based career frameworks.
With a career spanning over two decades, Arican has developed deep expertise in HR strategy, talent management, employee engagement, and cultural transformation.
