Lakewood, Colorado, United States, April 2026 — M. Beth Miller has started a new position as Chief People Officer at Carriage Healthcare, marking a significant leadership milestone after more than 13 years with the organization.
In her new role, M. Beth Miller will lead people strategy, human resources, employee support, benefits, process efficiency, and workforce initiatives for Carriage Healthcare as the company continues to support assisted living and skilled nursing facilities.
Before being appointed Chief People Officer, Beth served as Director of Human Resources at Carriage Healthcare, where she contributed to HR leadership, employee programs, and people operations across the organization.
Prior to Carriage Healthcare, Beth worked as Senior Benefits Administrator at CH2M HILL. Earlier, she held HR and benefits roles with Terra Firma, Valley Bank and Trust, and Intrawest, building a strong foundation in benefits administration, HR support, employee services, and process efficiency.
