Amritsar, Punjab, India, July 2025 – Dhruva Singh Chauhan has taken on the role of Chief Executive Officer at OCM Private Limited, one of India’s oldest and most iconic textile brands. In this strategic role, he will be responsible for leading the 100-year-old brand into a new era of manufacturing excellence, market expansion, innovation, digital transformation, and sustainability, while also shaping the organization’s culture and community engagement agenda.
Over the past 1.5 years, Dhruva served as Chief Executive Officer at NSL Textiles Limited, where he led one of India’s best-known vertically integrated cotton textile manufacturing setups. He was instrumental in steering operational efficiency, product development, and growth strategy across multiple business lines.
Prior to that, he spent 3 years with Raymond Limited, where he held the dual responsibilities of Chief Business Officer and Head of Sales (Director) – Suitings. He drove significant transformation across the company’s flagship business by leading product innovation, digitization, team synergy, and profitability management through India’s largest suiting retail and wholesale network.
Previously, Dhruva served for over 7 years at Grasim Industries Limited (Aditya Birla Group) in various senior leadership roles. His tenure included leading Grasim’s textile business for global and Indian brands, as well as Linen Club, where he oversaw sales, marketing, and retail expansion with aggressive growth targets. His leadership was widely recognized and honored within the Aditya Birla Group, including receiving the ‘Value Champion’ Award.
His earlier career includes impactful leadership roles with Morarjee Textiles, Reliance Industries Limited, and Raymond Limited, where he built significant international business networks across North America, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia, and played a key role in new market development and customer acquisition across the textile value chain.
Dhruva holds a Master’s in Business (Marketing) from Jiwaji University, and a Post Graduate Diploma in International Trade from the prestigious Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), New Delhi. His educational foundation in business and international trade has empowered him to deliver global strategies with a local focus throughout his career.
