Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, November 2025 — Equirus Group has announced the appointment of Manishkumar Jain as Chief Executive Officer for its NBFC operations, marking a key leadership addition to the firm’s expanding financial services platform.
A seasoned finance professional and chartered accountant, Manish brings over 18 years of leadership experience across wealth management, NBFCs, and capital market lending. His career spans senior roles in some of India’s most respected financial institutions, where he has successfully led finance, governance, and lending businesses with a focus on strategic growth, compliance, and operational excellence.
Before joining Equirus, Manish served as Senior Vice President at ASK Financial Holdings, where he was instrumental in driving strategic initiatives and strengthening financial performance. Prior to that, he was Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President at Nuvama Wealth (formerly Edelweiss Wealth Management), where he oversaw finance for the NBFC and wealth broking businesses, optimizing financial controls and supporting business transformation.
Earlier, at Anand Rathi Global Finance Limited, Manish headed Capital Market Lending and served as CFO of the NBFC arm, leading the organization through phases of rapid expansion and portfolio diversification. His early career at Deloitte, spanning over a decade, laid a strong foundation in IFRS, financial strategy, auditing, and institutional governance, equipping him with a deep understanding of global financial practices.
In his new role at Equirus Group, Manish will lead the NBFC vertical, focusing on scalable business growth, risk management, and digital enablement to support the group’s long-term strategic ambitions in the financial services ecosystem. His proven expertise across finance, governance, and investments positions him to accelerate Equirus’s evolution as a full-spectrum financial solutions provider.
